Relax by the seaside in sunny Spain: Apartment 100 Alcalablau

Welcome to apartment 100 at Alcalablau, a very modern fully-equipped apartment by the sea in the Valencian village of Alcossebre.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has a trendy modern design and all the quality amenities necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the living room there is a new home cinema unit with DVD and satellite connection. There is a comfy leather divan which extends out to a double bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a leather bench which can also double as an extra bed. The "Habitat" dining table and six leather chairs seat six adults. There is a wall unit with a large selection of tumblers, wine and beer glasses. Here you will also find placemats, tablecloths, and some board games.

Stainless steel appliances from Siemens throughout

The modern kitchen has stainless-steel high-quality kitchen appliances from Siemens. The American-style two-door fridge freezer has an ice-maker and water filter, so there is no need to carry heavy drinking water during your stay. There is a stainless steel dishwasher, also from Siemens, with automatic function for ease of use. The Siemens hob is state-of-the art induction ceramics, and the whole oven unit pulls out for easy access. There is also a microwave oven, water cooker, toaster, espresso- and capuccino coffee machine, and ample pots and pans for home cooking. Cutlery and crockery, tumblers, cups, salad bowl, oven proof glass bowls and serving dishes are all supplied.

The laundry has Siemens washing machine, with easy-to-use symbols. There is also a tumble drier in the event of inclement weather. The laundry also houses the external unit of the air conditioning system. The sliding windows here should be kept open when the air conditioner is in use.

The bedrooms are spacious and airy. The main bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, with two single Nordic doonas and 30 cm deep mattress. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases and doona covers are supplied. There is a dresser with six drawers, as well as a double wardrobe, solely for the use of clients. Off the main bedroom, there is an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower head with elegant glass doors from Porcelanosa. The wash basin in glass is also from Porcelanosa. There is also a high cupboard where towels and bathmats are stored. The hair drier is available for the use of all guests.

The guest bedroom has two single beds, each 200 cm long, with comfy 30 cm deep mattresses. The beds have Nordic doonas, pillows, sheets, pillowcases and doona covers. There are extra doonas and pillows in the second wardrobe, for use on the extendible divan, when needed. Extra bedclothes and bathtowels are kept in this wardrobe in the guest bedroom. Here there is also a built-in single wardrobe, as well as bedside table and shelving.

WiFi was installed throughout the complex in 2012. This system has a pay-per-user code entry with prices varying from €15 for one month basic speed access to €14 for two days. Codes are available at the corner shop "Crisdan"

The roomy terrace has a extendible teak dining table with bench and chairs. An automatic watering system is installed, and an abundance of petunias in the planters add to the charming summery atmosphere. We have herbs in the side planter, for the use of our guests. Daily extra watering is necessary to keep these lush.

Main ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower, wash basin and WC

Upon arrival we leave a bottle of wine cooling in the refrigerator. There is normally coffee and/or tea in the cupboard, as well as some salt, pepper and sugar cubes.
