| Ground floor apartments |
Alcalablau has four individual blocks with lifts to each floor in each of the blocks. There are three storeys with apartments on each level, as well as a penthouse level with roof terraces. Many of the penthouses have been extended to include a third bedroom and bathroom. Some also have separate additional air conditioning units for the penthouse unit. Below is an illustration of the distribution of apartments (numbered) on each level.
There is a total of 150 two and three bedroom apartments, most with two bathrooms. Those with roof terraces extensions and three bedrooms have a third bathroom. The two-bedroom apartments have an area of app. 85 sq.m.
